JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook hot dishes according to the menu
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of meals
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment safety
- Supervise kitchen staff when required
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in hot kitchen cooking (grill, sauté, frying, roasting, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, seasoning, and cooking techniques
- Ability to handle high-temperature equipment safely
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and safety protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- Menu development skills (optional but beneficial)
