JOB DETAILS:
ELCT own three hospitals namely Marangu, Machame and Karatu which provided health services. We are seeking to recruit competent, committed, self motivated and wholehearted candidate for the position of Health Secretary of one of the above hospitals:

Responsibilities will be as follows;

• Give advice and directives concerns administrative issues
  
•  Interpreting and enforcing staff regulations and conditions -I
  
• Interpreting and enforcing Schemes of services. Training and development
  
• Preparation of report of operations and implementations of monthly, quarterly and yearly report
  
• Coordinates good relation between health centers around the hospital
  
• Preparation of the estimated financial activities related to health
  
• Provide translation of the guidelines, principles and various government documents relating to health issues
  
• To be a secretary of the steering committee meetings of health care
  
• Coordinate, analyze records and store health data
  
• Interpreting and enforcing labor laws, staff regulations, employee relations and human resource planning.
  
• Preparation of staff establishment
  
• Any other duties that might be directed from time to time by the Doctor
  
• In charge Requirements You should have:
  
• A bachelor degree in Health Services Administrative from recognized University with at least 2 years’ experience in relevant field
  
• Good command of written and spoken English
  
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Knowledge of computer
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team services ethics
  
• Two referees
