Alexia Hospital is a registered facility under the private Hospitals Advisory Board (PHAB) Act by the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, registration No. 073359.
Alexia Hospital was established in April 2014 as Alexia Dispensary. In 2016 it was upgraded to a health center and in 2021 it was upgraded to a district level hospital.

Job title: Head of VIP/Priority Wing (1 post)
Job Description:
The Head of the VIP/Priority Wing ensures exceptional, personalized care for high-profile patients by managing staff, operations, and service delivery within the VIP wing, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise VIP wing staff, ensuring adherence to high service standards.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvement initiatives.
- Oversee patient care, satisfaction, and confidentiality.
- Manage operations including admissions, discharges, and resource readiness.
- Act as liaison between VIP patients and hospital departments.
- Manage the wing’s budget and ensure compliance with hospital and legal
standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High discretion and a customer-service mindset.
- Preferred certifications in Healthcare Quality
- 2 years of hospital leadership experience, especially with VIP services.
