JOB DETAILS:

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategies for the company within the oil and gas sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and market share.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams.
• Oversee distribution channels and business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field.
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of lubricants.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, distribution, and business development within an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) or the upstream oil and Gas sector.

Age Requirement:

• 35-45 years.
