Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, project management or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in MFS, Financial Services, Business development or Technical.

Core responsibilities

  • Coordinate with MFS functions to consolidate key MFS-related plans and roadmaps in alignment with the overall MFS strategy.
  • Manage the business development process to ensure quality and efficient innovation that meets evolving customer needs.
  • Continuously assess emerging fintech technologies and innovations to gather insights on industry trends and customer intelligence, keeping Mixx by Yas competitive globally.
  • Validate Mixx interface or process changes that affect customer experience to ensure seamless service delivery at all times.
  • Lead all Consumer Understanding (CU) surveys and studies with the MIC market to drive product adoption and awareness.
  • Review manual processes and recommend feasible enhancements to achieve automation, simplicity, and improved efficiency.
  • Calculate and track the value addition of initiatives in terms of cost savings and revenue generation for improved service quality or internal processes.
  • Ensure adoption of the MFS Code of Conduct across all MFS functions to maintain a risk-free, world-class operational standard.
  • Collaborate with the Operations unit to continuously innovate MFS functions and improve processes, procedures, standards, and systems.
  • Drive performance toward achieving world-class customer experience and best-in-class control as defined by HTML’s Code of Conduct.
  • Monitor and report progress on strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement through MFS feedback, data analysis, and implementation of best practices across MFS operations.
  • Manage regular Quality Audit on the MFS Platform and related systems.

  • Understanding of MFS importance/dynamics in the TZ economy
  • Full understanding of MFS importance/dynamics in the TZ economy
  • A good understanding of emerging technologies that are disrupting the world today
  • Exposure to global trends in Fintech
