We are now seeking a visionary Head of Human Resources to lead this charge; someone who blends strategic insight with operational precision, and thrives on shaping culture, embedding values, and driving performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and execution of TSL’s HR strategy, aligned with our transformation roadmap.
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR department, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and retention of high-calibre staff.
- Champion the implementation and embedding of the new Performance Management System (PMS) across all levels of the organization.
- Translate organisational values into measurable competencies and drive behavioural change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, unity and purpose across the organisation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate and business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, feedback and engagement needs.
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, motivation and preservation of human capital.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior HR leadership, preferably within financial services or transformation-focused environments.
- Proven track record in performance management, culture change and strategic HR delivery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead with empathy, clarity and resilience.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering teams and driving results.
