Job Description

Simera Transport Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Head of Human Resources to lead and drive the HR function across its Transportation and Clearing & Forwarding Group. The successful candidate will provide leadership in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR strategy.

Key Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience within the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of ARUTI regulations and practices.
• Excellent understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws.
• Experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding organizations.
