Role Purpose:

To enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and retention by delivering meaningful interactions and high-quality member activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage regularly with members to understand their needs and expectations
  • Ensure positive member experience before, during, and after events
  • Participate in planning, organizing, and executing member events and activities
  • Coordinate member communication and feedback
  • Support retention strategies and strengthen member relationships
  • Work closely with the Membership Officer and leadership team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience in event coordination or community engagement is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with diverse professionals and senior leaders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
