Position Overview

We are looking for a Hardware and Software Technician to support our internal operations and client installations. The ideal candidate will be capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and equipment.
  • Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients (onsite and remotely).
  • Diagnose hardware and software faults and resolve technical issues.
  • Document all technical procedures and keep inventory of IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with the IT and field teams to ensure system integrity and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android) and standard business applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Added Advantages

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MTA/MCSA.
  • Knowledge of networking and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Experience with routers, switches, and wireless device configuration.
