Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas
- Support the onboarding and due diligence process for Transporters, ensuring all HSSEQ documentation is completed, filed, and compliant and correct grade is awarded.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as preparations of safety campaign materials, filing reports, and following up on incident investigations or action items.
- Assist in maintaining digital and physical records of HSSEQ documents, including checklists, permits, audits, and training logs.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and escalate delays or noncompliance to senior HSSEQ staff. Prepare summaries, forms, and registers for internal audits, external inspections etc
- Liaise with Fleet, Ops, and HR teams to ensure alignment on compliance expectations and documentation flow.
- Contribute to the coordination of safety campaigns, awareness sessions, and routine field visits as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in data management.
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301.
- Exceptional skills in written report writing.
