JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Tanzania or Uganda (Site-based)
- Contract Duration: 18 Months
- Position Summary: Supports daily HSE execution, enforcing safety policies and promoting a safety culture on-site.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, deliver briefings, and monitor field activities.
- Assist in incident investigations and track near-misses and hazards.
- Ensure PPE compliance and support CAPA implementation.
- Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or Engineering.
- 2–4 years of HSE field experience.
- Knowledge of hazard identification, ISO 45001, and safety reporting platforms.
