Background
East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is committed to ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of workers, communities, and the environment are well addressed and managed.
Responsibilities
Therefore, the employee is mandated to:
- Fully comply with Company H3SE (Health, Safety, Social, Security & Environment) policies and Life Saving Rules.
- Actively participate in HSEQ and promotes this culture to co-workers.
- Remain vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of potential unsafe conditions.
- Communicate to management any HSE related concerns and ways to improve them.
- Maintain a workplace & workspace that is safe, clean, and always neat-practice good housekeeping.
Qualifications/Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental management/science/engineering or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Selection Criteria for Internship Program
- Must provide a letter from the university and a copy of a student ID.
- Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.
- Must be available full-time for the duration of the Internship period.
- Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Must write and submit an internship application letter.
