JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The HR Specialist manages the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures a positive work culture and adherence to labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, hiring).
- Facilitate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain good employee relations.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain 201 files and personnel records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or related.
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law.
- Strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills.
