JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Recruitment, employee records, attendance, contracts, staff welfare, disciplinary matters and statutory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Tanzanian labour laws and HR practices.
- Experience in construction, engineering or heavy-equipment operations will be an added advantage.
