We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join ZITA Tanzania, a leading hospitality company with lodges and camps across Tanzania.

Key Requirements:

• Nationality: Tanzanian or Kenyan
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR within hotels or resorts
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
• Skills: Recruitment, employee relations, payroll management training & development

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
