Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of Zambian Labor laws and employment regulations

• Design and implement onboarding and retention programs
• Ability to handle disciplinary and grievances
• Develop and enforce HR policies including compliance and recruitments
