Job Description.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resource functions within the hotel. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with Zanzibar and Tanzania labour laws.
The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can independently handle daily HR operations, ensure proper documentation and reporting, support departmental managers, and promote a positive and compliant working environment. The HR Coordinator must be capable of performing full HR Generalist duties in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, bachelor's degree in labour relations.
- 3 years and above working experience.
- Must have full knowledge of the labour laws of Zanzibar; this will be an added advantage.
- Must have knowledge of HR operations and workers training based on performance.
- Must have ability of hr policies based on Tanzania labour laws.
