HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Plant
We’re hiring.
Insignia Paints Ltd is looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with plant leadership and drive people strategies that support productivity, compliance, capability building, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic HR partnering with plant leadership
- Recruitment & workforce planning
- Performance management & productivity improvement
- Learning & capability development
- HR operations & compliance
- Employee engagement & culture building
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 8-12 years of HR experience
- 5-8 years in manufacturing/plant HR
- Experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG manufacturing preferred
- Strong HR operations, compliance & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills mandatory
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
