Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition and placement strategies.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, providing coaching to staff and supervisors where needed.
  • Coordinate the implementation of learning and development plans.
  • Devise and execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a productive work environment.
  • Support organizational efforts to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar or related roles.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and industry best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
