Role Purpose
To support the HR & Administration Manager in day-to-day personnel management, staff coordination, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and on-boarding of new staff.
- Maintain accurate records on attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Handle logistics, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure timely preparation of HR and admin reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or office administration.
Candidates with strong physical presence, operational discipline, and ability to coordinate field and administrative teams will be given priority consideration.
