Cheetah Logtech Tanzania Limited is hiring a HR and Administration Officer to manage core HR functions and administrative operations. This role is critical in building a compliant, high-performing, and people-centered logistics organization in Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Coordinate training, staff development, and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with Tanzania labour laws and HR policies
- Oversee payroll administration and reporting accuracy
- Act as a link between management and employees

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR & Administration
- Strong knowledge of Tanzania labour laws and compliance
- Experience in payroll management and HR systems (HRIS/ARUTI is an advantage)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
