Cheetah Logtech Tanzania Limited is hiring a HR and Administration Officer to manage core HR functions and administrative operations. This role is critical in building a compliant, high-performing, and people-centered logistics organization in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
  • Support performance management and employee relations
  • Coordinate training, staff development, and engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with Tanzania labour laws and HR policies
  • Oversee payroll administration and reporting accuracy
  • Act as a link between management and employees

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Law, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR & Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzania labour laws and compliance
  • Experience in payroll management and HR systems (HRIS/ARUTI is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
