Role Purpose
To manage all human resource and administrative operations, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, compliance, and staff welfare across the supermarket branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the branch.
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff welfare programs.
- Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and training activities.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
- Supervise administrative services including facilities, logistics, and records.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years' HR management experience, preferably in retail.
