  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Advisor and Laboratory Services Advisor to ensure uninterrupted availability of TB/HIV commodities, medicines, and laboratory supplies.
  • Provide clinical mentorship to facility providers on TB/HIV co-management, including ART initiation, appropriate timing of treatments, and management of adverse drug reactions.
  • Support facilities to implement effective TB infection prevention and control (IPC) measures, including triaging, fast-tracking, ventilation improvements, cough etiquette, and proper use of PPE.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and mentorship for R/CHMTs, facility staff, and community partners to strengthen delivery of high-quality TB/HIV services.
  • Represent and present the Afya Thabiti project in national technical working groups (TWGs), government forums, and donor meetings related to TB/HIV services.
  • Participate in the development and review of national TB/HIV guidelines and policies, and support R/CHMTs and project teams in the rollout and implementation of updated government and donor guidance.
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of TB/HIV reports for project, donor, and government reporting platforms.
  • Support facilities to establish and implement TB/HIV Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance service quality and program outcomes.
