- Support linkage of PLHIV to economic strengthening and life-skills initiatives where available.
- Support clinic preparation processes, client reminder systems, and eligibility check to prevent missed opportunities and enhance client retention.
- Build capacity of healthcare providers through technical support oversight, and dissemination of SOPs, job aids, and national guidelines.
- Participate in cluster, council, and facility-level technical meetings, ensuring alignment with MOH and PEPFAR policies.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly review meetings at council and cluster levels to evaluate progress and address implementation gaps.
- Work collaboratively across program units (clinical, community, M&E, laboratory) to ensure integrated and coordinated service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure all services comply with national standards and donor requirements.
- Monitor clinical outcomes among recipients of care (RoC), including viral load testing and other laboratory investigations
- Track facility performance using Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) indicators and develop remediation plans where necessary.
- Collaborate with M&E and data teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality data reporting.
- Utilize data to guide decision-making and quality improvement interventions.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the HIV Clinical Services Advisor and relevant stakeholders.
