Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS OPERA is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Confident and able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
