JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Growth Marketing Lead is responsible for the top of the funnel. You will own paid media, SEO, and performance channels to drive sign-ups for both B2B and B2C verticals. You are obsessed with ROAS and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full marketing budget, allocating spend across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns, optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
- Manage SEO strategy to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Build landing pages and conversion funnels in collaboration with the Product Team.
- Generate weekly performance reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Growth/Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition from 0 to 100k+.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads platforms.
- Strong copywriting instincts.
