Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Group Finance and Accounts team.
• Manage complex financial reporting across multiple companies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Strong experience in senior finance management, preferably within a group of companies or a large organization.
