Job Overview:

The General Worker supports the daily operations and upkeep of the hotel. This role involves a variety of tasks across different departments to ensure the property remains clean, functional, and presentable for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event or function spaces.
• Support housekeeping with heavy cleaning duties or room turnovers during peak times.
• Help with loading, unloading, and moving supplies and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, pool deck, and back-of-house spaces.
• Work collaboratively with porters, kitchen, and maintenance teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general labor, maintenance, or support role within hospitality or a related field.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks and lifting heavy objects.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied duties.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
