JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for building systems, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
- Fix furniture, doors, locks, and light fixtures.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns (e.g., power outage, clogged drains).
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards.
- Maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade.
- 2–3 years general maintenance experience (hospitality preferred).
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration, small appliances, and painting.
- Physically able to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces.
- Problem-solving and self-initiative.
