Gardener
Role Summary
The Gardener will maintain the beautiful gardens and landscaped areas, ensuring they reflect the natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere of Maisha Matamu Boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, water, prune, and maintain gardens and lawns.
- Maintain trees, flowers, shrubs, and tropical plants.
- Apply fertilizers and pest control safely.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and visually appealing.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment.
- Report irrigation or landscaping issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in gardening or landscaping.
- Knowledge of tropical plants and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
- Only Tanzanian candidates will be considered.

Level of Education: high school
