Job Location: Tanzania (Full time, Onsite)
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Professional for the role of “Future Sales Leader” who is highly ambitious and self-driven with a passion for a career in sales and a hunger for success. This role is designed for someone who envisions themselves evolving into a Strategic BDM, Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer in the coming years. Requirements
- New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- High-Impact Sales Execution: Close high-value deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
- Market Research and develop GTM strategy: Analyze data and trends to identify new growth opportunities and markets.
- Public Sector & Enterprise Sales: Drive business development with large enterprises and public sector clients, understanding their procurement processes and sales cycles.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
- Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue opportunities.
- Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.
- Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.
