Job Title: Fuel Station Manager

Location: Segera – Tanga

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily station operations including fuel sales, convenience store, and ancillary services
• Monitor fuel deliveries and ensure quality control
• Manage staff schedules, performance, training and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders and manage stock.
• Handle cash management, banking, and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain accurate records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Implement company policies and operational procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security across the station premises

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Equivalent from a recognized institution
• Must have a proven experience of not less than 3 years in managing a fuel station
• Strong marketing experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Solid understanding of inventory and financial management
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
