ABOUT THE ROLE
Tanzania Labour Guide is seeking to recruit a highly experienced and results-driven Front Office Manager for a leading hospitality establishment in Dar es Salaam. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader capable of transforming front office operations into a professional, disciplined, and guest-centric department, aligned with international standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all front office operations
- Ensure a seamless and professional guest check-in/check-out experience
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Train, supervise, and continuously develop front office staff
- Enforce discipline, grooming, and service excellence standards
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Drive guest satisfaction and overall service quality
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in a reputable 4★ or 5★ hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Demonstrated experience in staff training and development
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discipline
