The EACOP system is divided into three components, above ground installations (AGIs), pipelines and offshore storage terminals (MST).The above ground installation (AGI) consists of 6 pumping stations (PS-1 to PS-6) and 2 pressure reducing stations (PRS-1 and PRS-2) along the pipeline route.
The pipeline consists of 1,443 kilometers of 24-inch continuous heated export pipelines, connecting the Kabaale hub pumping station (PS-1) in the Hoima region of Uganda and the Tanga region storage reservoir in Tanzania . The pipeline includes all intermediate valve chambers , electric heat tracing (EHT) systems, high voltage distribution (HV) and fiber optic (FO) cables and related equipment, as well as the EHT substation.
Job Description: 
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating FJC field joint coating and  insulation activities within the assigned area. Support the Chinese team  leader in managing team personnel to ensure construction progresses in  an orderly manner according to the schedule.
 
- Strictly follow quality training requirements and organize the execution of  construction tasks to ensure that anti-corrosion and insulation works meet  project specifications. Promptly organize rectifications and report key  quality issues when identified.
 
- Strictly implement the company’s and project’s HSE management  systems.
 
- Ensure daily pre-work safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk  reminders are conducted. Supervise workers to wear PPE correctly, prohibit unsafe behaviors, and ensure all construction activities are  performed under controlled conditions.
 
- Assist the Chinese team leader in managing the attendance, performance,  and task assignments of local crew members. Help manage daily usage  and registration of tools, equipment, and materials on site to prevent  waste and loss of resources.
 
- Take preliminary actions to address on-site problems and promptly report  important issues to superiors.
 
- Organize and participate in technical and safety training, as well as the  communication of operating procedures, to improve the overall  competency of the team. Provide induction guidance to newly arrived  workers to ensure they understand the FJC process and safety  requirements.
 
- Be familiar with site emergency response procedures and possess basic  capability to handle emergencies.
 
- Strengthen communication and coordination with other local teams, QC,  HSE, and engineering departments to ensure smooth construction  progress.
 
Job Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
 
- Minimum 5-7 years of Foreman-related work experience.
 
- Proven experience in Foreman management, ideally in construction or  project environments.
 
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
