Food & Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Operations
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the property.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, and banqueting to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure all Food & Beverage outlets operate in line with established operational standards.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and cost control targets.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and profitability.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service excellence across all Food & Beverage operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
