Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant, bar, café and event-catering operations.
• Monitor sales, food costs, stock usage and service quality.
• Coordinate menus, staff schedules and hygiene standards.
• Train food and beverage employees.
• Work closely with the kitchen, procurement, stores and accounts teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, stock control and customer service.
