JOB DETAILS:

Food & Beverage Manager

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: General Manager

Job Purpose

Plan, organize, direct, and control all Food & Beverage operations to ensure excellent guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, bar, banquet, room service, and lounge operations.
• Develop departmental budgets and control operational costs.
• Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations with at least 3 years in a management position.
