• Supervise and coordinate the duties of F&B staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all F&B areas.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Implement strategies for improved customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and delegate duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train, motivate, and guide staff effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and report management skills.
