JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for Floor Supervisors to join our team at the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in restaurant, bar, or guest service areas
- Ensure guests are welcomed and served according to resort standards
- Supervise service staff and ensure professionalism at all times
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and availability of service equipment
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Age 25-40
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in floor supervision within a hotel or resort
- Fluent in English & Swahili
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Paje, Zanzibar
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
