Job description

The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily front-of-house operations, supervise service staff, and ensure customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate waiters and other front-of-house staff.
• Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Conduct shift briefings and assign duties.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and service standards.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or other hospitality environment.
