JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates and section heads
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Train and develop floor staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage floor assignments and staff scheduling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
