Job Purpose

To oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth front-of-house functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, runners)
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Manage table reservations and seating arrangements
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and training sessions
• Monitor service flow and staff performance
• Collaborate with kitchen regarding timing and special requests
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in inventory control of front-of-house supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in fine dining service
• Previous supervisory/management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems and reservation software
