We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
• Supervise the fleet maintenance team.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies.
• Monitor fuel consumption and costs.
• Manage vehicle insurance and licensing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in team supervision.
• Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
