JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

• Analyzing financial performance and identifying trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Developing management accounts using OneStream reporting systems.
• Ensuring financial reports comply with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Reviewing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Supporting improvements in financial reporting processes.
• Identifying opportunities to automate reporting activities and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with finance teams and other departments to enhance reporting quality.
• Supporting business decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred or currently in progress.
• Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Experience using ERP systems such as OneStream, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial reporting standards and controls.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience needed

2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or general accounting.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: high school
