Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate recording of financial transactions in appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts
• Conducting timely reconciliations of General Ledger and Sub-ledgers
• Performing periodic GL reviews, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper classification of transactions
• Monitoring and ensure accuracy and timely posting of financial transactions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating financial data and reports from various departments.
• Preparing periodic and annual financial reports for management and regulatory Authorities
• Identifying control weaknesses and support remedial actions to enhance financial governance and risk management.
• Participating in periodic internal control reviews and process
• Acting as Liaison in Tax and Audit
• Performing bank, supplier, and sales reconciliations

Required skills and competencies

• Excellent skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and GL management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of internal controls and audit processes
