JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions and maintain accounting records
• Prepare invoices, bills, and financial statements
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Process payroll and manage employee expenses
• Assist with tax filings and compliance
• Maintain financial documentation and filing systems
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with financial audits and reporting
• Provide administrative support to finance department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years experience in accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of tax regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA part-qualified) is a plus
