JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions
• Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk
• Lead financial audits and tax preparation processes
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Supervise finance team members and provide guidance
• Advise senior management on financial planning and decisions
• Implement and improve financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
