About the Role

We are looking to hire finance managers with full responsibility for program, project, or organizational budgets, grants management, audit, and donor compliance, ideally with experience managing multiple financiers and computerized accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for program, project, or organizational budgets.
• Manage grants.
• Oversee audits.
• Ensure donor compliance.
• Manage multiple financiers (if applicable).

Requirements

• Full responsibility for program, project, or organizational budgets, grants management, audit, and donor compliance.
• A Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Certified Public Accountant—CPA(T) or equivalent.
• More than five (5) years of work experience, including demonstrated leadership (advantage).
• Experience with a non-governmental, governmental, or private-sector entity managing multiple financiers (advantage).
• Experience with computerized accounting software such as SAGE 300 ERP, EPICOR, or similar (advantage).

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
