FINANCE INTERNSHIP (3 positions)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Intern supports the finance department in daily financial operations and assists in maintaining financial records and reports. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual seeking practical experience in accounting, financial management, and reporting.
Responsibilities or duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support daily accounting activities, including data entry and updating financial records.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking of company transactions.
- Help maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
- Help in processing payments and following up on outstanding receivables.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying relevant data.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Recently completed a degree in Accounting and Finance or other related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Experience needed
